How do I pay?
Interac e-Transfer only. After checkout you'll see the exact amount and our email. Use your order number as the reference — orders without a matching reference can't be processed.
How long until my order ships?
Within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed. You'll get an email when payment is received; tracking is sent when we ship.
What if I forgot to put my order number on the e-Transfer?
